The Virtual culture is a digital platform which creates new meeting point of cultural tourism operators - museums, galleries, archaeological sites and culture centres from Western Balkan countries and audience – virtual tourists in the digital space. As a tool for the digital tourism products, this platform provides experienced presentations of Western Balkan tourism contents created on Virtual Reality, Web and 360 video technologies, searchable on the interactive map of Western Balkan countries with basic and important information of each location or culture institution.
The methodology of the “Virtual culture” platform is focused on the networking and support provided to culture institutions and independent authors of Western Balkan countries to promote and commercialize Virtual Reality, Web and 360 videos contents in the digital space. On the other side, to the end user - virtual tourists, platform provides different tourism contents (free, paid and premium) with user-friendly interface and important information on the one place for the whole WB6 region.
